Controlling an automatic machine is a fundamental aspect to achieve its performance and the term Motion Control is the one that defines the technology suitable for this purpose, that is the set of technologies and devices that govern the mechanisms of movement and therefore performance. 
A perfect integration between mechanics, electronics and information technology.

A technological process that brings many advantages, such as:

-    simplification of insertion
-    removal or replacement of components
-    sharing of machine resources
-    greater flexibility and control 
-    cost reduction in general

A design choice applied to extrusion blow moulding machines that, in Plastiblow, we have activated since the early years of the appearance of the first technological solutions, today, fortunately even more advanced and refined. 
Making machines in which Motion Control technologies prevail, rather than traditional mechanical systems, was a priority of our R&D office.

So, at the same time, new and sophisticated simulation systems were applied to facilitate interaction with the machine in production.
